I was starting to wonder if this fort collins maternity session was going to happen with the terrible weather we have been having! We have been having terrible storms in Northern Colorado that has kept this couple from having their maternity photoshoot. Finally, last night everything was absolute perfection. The weather was beautiful and the sunset was as stunning as this mama-to-be. There was not a single angle or backdrop that wasn’t beautiful.
Amanda + Justin are the cutest couple and so completely in love. They were so much fun to work with and it was not hard to get them all snuggled up against each other and smiling. Their little one will be able to look back on these photos and see not only how much love they have for one another but how excited they are to become parents. Amanda’s dress could not have been a better choice against the greenery that we still have thanks to all of the rain this year. Justin was all in with the photos and loved being near his beautiful wife.
This baby is going to be a gender surprise, which of course I love beyond words! There are so few things in life that can be this much of a surprise in the moment. I am anxious to hear the news. Amanda’s sister is my neighbor and just delivered her little guy 5 weeks early. It will be so much for these sisters to have babies so close in age.
I cannot wait to see this couple as parents next month at their newborn session! Here are some of my favorites from their maternity session. I am in complete awe of the colors in the sunset in their gallery. This night was definitely worth the wait and having to postpone their session.
