I always recommend adding a family mini in the beginning. This is such an important milestone, you made it! All of the sleepless nights, the teething, the worrying and the memories made are all met with a new chapter.

The studio provides custom cakes, cake stands, high chairs and a collection of outfits for you to use during your session. Tips are also provided in the event your baby isn’t wild about their yummy cake. Most parents or siblings enjoy having some cake to take home as they are delicious!

As your photographer, I always try to encourage kiddos to enjoy their cake. Allowing them to have some food items prior to the cake smash session is always helpful. Most babies aren’t used to having their hands messy and then all of a sudden that’s all we want to see. We are so used to wiping their hands and fingers as they learn to eat their solid foods.
