We went to the mountains last week and I knew I had to do a Silverthorne family photoshoot. I threw in a little Noralee dress for Hadley so I could sneak some photos in. This was our first time in Silverthorne and will definitely be back. The lake, the mountains, the vibe were all so inviting and created the perfect local getaway.
Hadley had fallen asleep after a day on Lake Dillon and playing in the pool. She was not so happy with me when I got her out of the car quickly to take these sunset images. Hadley quickly perked up and loved exploring and seeing all of the wildflowers. This inspired me to find the perfect mountain location near Loveland!
Neutral outfits are perfect against the mountain backdrops. This will make you stand out away from the background and allow the true focus to be on you and your kiddos.
The Silverthorne area offers so many epic photoshoot locations. I think I could find a new one each time I turned around. I know that mountain sessions can add more work to a session if you are not close. The effort will pay off tenfold with photos you can treasure for a lifetime. Mountain sessions are perfect year round and for all session types. This would be stunning for a pregnancy photoshoot with one of our custom gowns.
